1. Acceptance of Terms

By interacting with the "void" Discord bot or adding it to your server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the bot.

2. Description of Service

void is a multi-purpose Discord utility bot that provides:

• Cryptocurrency Wallet: Generation, importing, and management of Litecoin (LTC) wallets, including sending funds and transaction monitoring via third-party APIs (LitecoinSpace, CoinGecko).
• Payment Utilities: Formatting and QR code generation for external payment platforms like PayPal and UPI.
• Server Management: Moderation commands (ban, kick, timeout) and an automated Antinuke system designed to prevent unauthorized server destruction.

3. Financial Responsibility and Liability

We stand by the integrity of our code. We take responsibility for financial losses that are directly and provably caused by internal failures, bugs, or malfunctions within the void bot's transaction signing and broadcasting system.

However, we are strictly NOT liable for financial losses under the following circumstances:

• Account Compromise: If your Discord account is hacked, stolen, or compromised, and an unauthorized user accesses your bot wallet.
• User Error: Sending funds to the wrong address, inputting incorrect amounts, or misconfiguring your wallet.
• Key Mishandling: Sharing your Private Key (WIF) with others, or having your personal device compromised by malware.
• Failure to Backup: Losing access to your funds due to a bot outage, Discord ban, or database reset because you failed to back up your Private Key using the /recoverkey command.

4. Moderation & Antinuke Disclaimer

The Antinuke and moderation systems are provided as tools to help secure your server. We are not responsible for any damage to your server, wrongful bans, or unintended kicks caused by misconfiguration of the Antinuke system, unauthorized access by server admins, or malicious exploitation of Discord permissions.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use void for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, purchasing illicit goods, or scamming other users. You are solely responsible for securing your Discord account (e.g., enabling Two-Factor Authentication) to prevent unauthorized access to your wallet.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, ban, or terminate any user or server from utilizing the bot at our sole discretion. You may terminate your relationship with the bot at any time by utilizing the /delete command to wipe your wallet data from our database and kicking the bot from your server.
