1. Information We Collect

To provide our comprehensive suite of services, the void bot collects and stores the following information when you interact with it:

• Discord IDs: Your User ID to uniquely identify you, and Guild (Server) IDs to store server-specific configurations.
• Cryptocurrency Data: Litecoin (LTC) addresses generated by the bot, imported by you, or manually set for tracking.
• Private Keys (WIF): To sign transactions on your behalf when using the /send command, the bot must store your generated or imported Private Keys.
• Payment Utilities Data: PayPal email addresses, preferred fiat currencies, and UPI IDs if you choose to configure them using our utility commands.
• Server Moderation Data: Antinuke configurations (whitelisted user IDs, enabled event toggles, and punishment preferences) if enabled in your server.
• Transaction Tracking: TXIDs and target confirmation counts for active transaction monitors.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly used to operate the bot's core functionality:

• Querying blockchain explorers to display your balances, QR codes, and transaction history.
• Signing and broadcasting outgoing LTC transactions upon your explicit command.
• Formatting payment requests and QR codes for your linked PayPal or UPI accounts.
• Monitoring server audit logs to protect your Discord server via the Antinuke system.
• Alerting you via Direct Message when a tracked transaction reaches its confirmation target.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers. However, to function, the bot securely interacts with the following public APIs:

• CryptoChain API: To fetch UTXOs, transaction history, and broadcast signed transactions to the LTC network.
• CryptoChain API: To fetch live fiat conversion rates and 24h market changes for Litecoin.
• Discord API: To process commands, send messages, and monitor server events.

4. Data Deletion & Management

You have full control over your personal wallet data. You can instantly wipe your bot wallet and private keys from our database at any time using the /delete command. For manual removal of other data or inquiries, you can email privacy@voidbot.io (requests may take up to 7 days to process manually).

5. Security Notice

We restrict access to the bot's database and prioritize security. However, utilizing a Discord bot as a cryptocurrency wallet means trusting the host system with your keys. We highly recommend using the bot for hot-wallet purposes (temporary or small amounts) and securely backing up your key using the /recoverkey command.
